A. We do want our owners to be actively involved but understand that our ideal owner candidates may not have the credentials to be a Center Director. Owners will be able to engage their community and focus on enrollment, marketing and management.

A. No. While this is helpful, this is not a requirement, but your staff must be bi-lingual.

A. The Pineapple School is currently focused on Spanish immersion and the entire curriculum is built on the goal of speaking Spanish consistently in the schools throughout the day.

A. Yes. After successfully establishing a school, we believe some owners will decide to invest in another location. We offer an initial franchise fee discount of 50% for owners who commit to open another school.

A. We look for sites with 1.8 to 3.0 acres and a building between 12,500 14,000 and 15,500 square feet. The location must have adequate parking for teachers and staff, an exterior play area, and be easily accessible by parents. We have specific site criteria which will help you evaluate real estate for your school.

A. Typically between 12 and 15 employees for administration, teachers and support staff to offer programs for infant, toddlers and up to Pre-K for children ages 0 to five.

A. We expect you to be open in 18 to 24 months, which can depend on how quickly you complete pre-opening steps and training.

A. We are open to the option for E2 Visa franchise owner candidates.

A. Based on the estimated start up, you will need enough liquidity (cash on hand) to cover the initial franchise fee and show ability to borrow the funds to build out and open the school. Estimated costs include licensing, 3rd party professional fees, insurance and 3 months of working capital.
